By creating a Dieselbook account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users company drivers, owner-operators and fleet accounts.
Dieselbook provides tools for saving and organizing trucking records loads, invoices, receipts, vehicle details, photos and reminders and for ordering UCR registration and Cab Card services. We may change, add or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
You own the records you save in Dieselbook. We do not claim ownership of your loads, receipts, photos or any other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you save. Dieselbook does not verify load data, invoice amounts or vehicle information.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly. Introductory pricing applies to your first two billing months, after which the regular rate applies. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
UCR registration and Cab Card services are one-time charges per vehicle. Orders are non-refundable once filed.
Free limits are per-feature and do not expire over time. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with 30 days' notice to existing users.
We aim to keep Dieselbook available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss caused by technical failures, or delays in UCR/Cab Card processing by government agencies.
Dieselbook files UCR and Cab Card requests on your behalf manually. Processing times depend on government agencies and are outside our control. The flat $25 per vehicle fee covers our filing service and all government fees. We will notify you once your proof is ready and upload it to your account.
Dieselbook is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost loads, payment disputes or regulatory penalties.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Dieselbook operates.
